How I Got Here...
In college, I had a really hard time landing on what I wanted to do with my life. I bounced between becoming a lawyer, a psychologist, or doing something in business. Eventually, I opted for business—but it’s funny how life has a way of bringing us full circle.
My interest in helping people and standing up for them never went away. I’ve always been someone who listens deeply, sees the best in others, and believes in what’s possible for them—even when they can’t see it themselves. Somehow, life brought me to this place where I get to combine all those passions. I get to have people’s backs, understand their struggles and dreams, and build something meaningful alongside them.
At 18, I left my small hometown of 6,000 people with just $100 and a strong sense that there was something more out there for me. I moved to another state, stayed with a friend, and slowly started building a life from the ground up. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me the value of trusting myself and taking the next right step, even when the path isn’t clear.
Years later, I found myself at another crossroads. I was juggling my marriage, family, a business, and all the expectations I had placed on myself—and it wasn’t working. I felt overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of what to do next. Out of that season of uncertainty, I decided to invest in coaching.
That experience changed everything. Coaching helped me slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what really mattered. I began making decisions that aligned with my values. I let go of what wasn’t working and made space for what was. In doing so, I not only found clarity—I found myself again.
Over the years, I’ve spent countless hours studying personal development, mindset, and leadership. I’ve mentored others through my wellness business, co-authored a book, and hosted a podcast focused on personal growth. Each experience shaped me, deepened my perspective, and reaffirmed my calling to support others.
Coaching is where all of that comes together. It’s where I get to walk alongside people who are ready for a new season—people who are ready to reconnect with who they are and what they want, and take meaningful steps forward.
If you’re in a season of transition, growth, or simply looking for more clarity in your life, I’d love to support you. I’m so glad you’re here.
